Sonesta ES Suites Nashville Brentwood

Great value. Clean room (2 BR suite). Nice for an evening in catching up on some TV or to return to after a night on the town. Breakfast options were good (incl. a really cool pancake making machine). Convenient to Uber anywhere from this hotel.

I’m usually in a King’s Suite. Love it every time. Home away from home. This is my second stay. Although I wasn’t there much due to family commitments, my television wasn’t working. I notified the office the day before I checked out only because I was lounging in my room long enough to watch TV. It was fixed right away.

I wish I could give ten stars! I stood in line in the lobby with everyone else trying to escape powerless homes. As I watched the Sonesta ES Suites staff, I could tell they were exhausted and being stretched beyond their limits BUT. The STAFF. Every staff member remained patient, kind and even a little humor created some smiles among our frazzled group. The ROOM I travel a lot for work, and at some level it doesnt matter is super expensive or brand new if the staff doesn’t care. When I walked into my room, it wasnt brand new, but I immediately felt like the staff put their heart into creating a quality temporary home for their guests. The room was warm, clean, organized and smelled fresh. The toiletries were good quality and the kitchen was appropriately stocked. The walls, ceiling and floors blocked all outside sound. The FOOD The breakfast was kept well stocked, started early, and my family loved the breakfast burritos! I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to ride out Tennessee’s Ice Storm of 2026 at Sonesta ES Suites. Thank you all!

Exceptional Check-In Service - Shakelle Made All the Difference! I recently stayed at the Sonesta Suites in Brentwood and had an outstanding check-in experience thanks to Shakelle. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, welcoming, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail really set a positive tone for my stay. It's clear that Shakelle takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and she's definitely an asset to your team. I'll certainly consider staying here again, and Shakelle's exceptional service is a big reason why. I highly recommend staying at the Sonesta Suites in Brentwood, TN.

The hotel was more than what we needed. Suites were spacious. The continental breakfast had a good number of hot items including a pancake maker that is fully automated. They are pet friendly and had a tiled area in the kitchenette that we were able to set up their pen in. Also, the area was safe and quiet for walking the dogs, there was a trail in the back too. There were a couple small things that needed to be addressed, and Kiemion at the front desk graciously addressed those.

Spacious room, well equipped with all you may need. Clean and comfortable. No noise or light at the sleep time. Super nice staff. Great location with many options near by. Breakfast good and enough, the only complain was the coffee (bad).

Great place to stay! They’re all so friendly and rooms were nice! They serve complimentary breakfast too! Guy at front desk on dec. 26th in the morning was a gem!! Great stay for the price! Will stay again!
